Shoal Creek Clean-Up, Oldfield Road and Catherine Street

Just show up at 10 a.m. on November 21 and we can put you to work! Gloves, long pants, proper footwear, water bottle recommended.

Optional: rakes (small ones work well), shovel for big items, and grabbers.

We will plan on spreading out to work along the creek so that we respect recommendations for social distancing and ask that all participants wear masks and other PPE at the outset of the event or when instructions are provided to the group, etc.

You will be asked to fill out and sign a waiver form before participating. We’ll have copies of the waiver on hand at the event for people to fill out, but if you’d like to do that at home prior to coming out to the event, here are PDF versions of that waiver form that you could print and fill out and bring with you to the event, should that be easier for you.

Do be prepared to get dirty.

Rivers Alive t-shirts will be provided to participants. https://riversalive.georgia.gov/.

We hope to see you there!!
