The Belvedere Park Civic Club (https://www.belvederecivicclub.org/) and Belvedere Park Association (https://www.belvederepark.org/) have been working with Dekalb county regarding issues at the Citgo/Chico Mart at 3355 Memorial Drive and there a hearing regarding this case is scheduled for March 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the at the DeKalb County Magistrate Court.
Since this location is directly across Memorial Drive from the Midway Woods’ neighborhood boundary, we wanted to pass this information along to residents of Midway Woods as well. This case is scheduled to appear before the DeKalb County Magistrate Court on March 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
The Magistrate Court of DeKalb County is located at 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, Georgia. That hearing will be held in person and the public is welcome to attend.

Code Enforcement has issued five citations to the business, which will be addressed at the hearing.
